APHB Siddhi Homes
The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB) is offering "Siddhi Homes" flats located at various locations across Andhra Pradesh, including Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
APHB intends to develop housing schemes (flats) for the urban poor under affordable housing programme at the following urban areas.

Note: Applicants whose income is above Rs. 3,300/- and below Rs. 10,000/- can also apply but preference will be given to those whose income is below Rs. 3,300/-

Siddhi homes will receive subsidy towards development works, (maximum amount up to Rs. 50,000/- per unit), which will be reduced from the tentative cost if the particular scheme is granted by the Govt. of India under Affordable Housing.
On receipt of tenders, final tentative cost will be intimated to the applicants. Enhancement of final cost shall not be in excess of 10% over the final tentative cost. Cost of external water supply, external electricity and taxes are extra over notified cost.
Payment schedule will be spread over two years on finalization of tenders. If the construction is completed before two years, the allottees have to pay the final cost in lump sum and take possession of the house / flat.

Filled in application forms along with name registration fee and application fee have to be sent to the concerned Executive Engineer shown in Column No. 7 in notification on or before the last date. Application forms can also be obtained from the Executive Engineer concerned, on payment of application fee.
