  1. Those NRI's who purchased propertys during the peak time, now after the bypoll results have to cry.In short there will be sellers only

To add to my earlier message, i would like to say that if I am not wrong, I guess  from december 2010 the property rates in hyderabd will come down to the extent of 25-30% from the current market level due to the telengana issue and its impact on the commercial activity,  yet their wont be much buyers. The another major issue is the unsolved economic meltdown, this issue would become the major problem for private sector employed persons.in coming 6 months.
