Government to reduce property registration fee
According to an article published in the Deccan Chronicle, the municipal administration minister, Mr. Anam Ramanarayan Reddy, announced that the State Government will be bringing the property registration fee down from nine per cent to five per cent in the current financial year.
This is good news for the property buyers and a growth measure for the real estate sector in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
