High Court decision against alteration of layouts
According to an article published in the Deccan Chronicle, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that once a piece of land was earmarked as open space in an approved layout, the land owner cannot subsequently divide the open land into plots.
This is a good decision for the benefit of the plot owners. They need to get what was promised.
