HMDA master plan for Hyderabad

This is an interesting and surprising news as far as Hyderabad real estate is concerned. According to an article published in the Times of India, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has made a draft master plan for the city of Hyderabad which suggests very wide roads of upto 200ft wide.
