HMDA raises funds via pledging land
According to a report published in the Deccan Chronicle the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has approached a bank and pledged land to raise funds for completing the pending infrastructure projects in Hyderabad specifically the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway.
