LIC willing to purchase ready built premises in Hyderabad & Secunderabad
The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has recently released an ad for purchasing ready built premises in certain areas of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. So, if you or anyone known to you has a suitable property for sale, you may utilize this option.
The areas include:
Hyderabad: Lakdi ka pul, Khairatabad, Abids, LB Stadium area, Chirag Ali Lane, MJ Market, Afzalgunj, PuthliBowli, Malakpet, Dilsukhnagar, Chaitanyapuri, Kothapet, LB Nagar, Himayatnagar, Nallakunta, Vidyanagar, RTC X Roads, Musheerabad, Mehdipatnam, NMDC area, Masabtank.
Secunderabad: Paradise circle, Rashtrapathi Road, Sarojini Devi Road, Penderghast Road, Sardar Patel Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Ranigunj, Hill Street, Zeera, Hyderbasti, Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Chandanagar, Madinaguda.
Premises they are looking for:
- Hall type of office space, having carpet area about 7000 sft preferably in a single floor on Ground or First Floor at the specified places.
- Should have exclusive parking place, place for generator, and adequate electricity and water supply.
- Should be approved for commercial purpose and constructed strictly as per approved plan.
- Should be ready to occupy or nearing completion.

During office hours till 30 August 2009. Last date of submission of tender documents at the concerned Divisional Office along with EMD is 31 August 2009 upto 3 pm. The "Technical Bids" will be opened on 2 September 2009 at 3 pm.
