WIMWI Housing Association is arranging about 25 residential flats for its members. It requires a Builder / Developer with 2000 – 2500 sq. yds. plot in the following areas:
Punjagutta, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Whisper Valley, Manikonda, Gachibowli, Kottaguda, Hitex, Malaysian Township, Miyapur, Kukatpally, Motinagar, Vengalraonagar, Ameerpet, Greenlands, Begumpet and nearby areas.
Separate block in a large project is also suitable.
Plot owners may offer their site directly.
Site should have a Clear Title; No litigations and no encumbrances.
