Rs.10,000 crore development plan for Hyderabad

According to an article published in the Economic Times, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy has plans to develop the city of Hyderabad with Rs. 10,000 crore.
