Unauthorized penthouses to get NOCs under BPS
According to a report published in the Deccan Chronicle unauthorized penthouses in Hyderabad may soon get No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for regularization of penthouses under the Building Penalization Scheme (BPS). However, certain conditions are to be fulfilled.
